Pubic liposuction is performed in the operating room of an accredited surgical clinic under local anesthesia and does not require hospitalization. The procedure lasts one hour on average and can be performed under local or general anesthesia.
Your plastic surgeon may combine pubic liposuction with other reconstructive plastic surgery procedures such as abdominoplasty or mini abdominoplasty. In this case, it will be a general anesthesia.
The aftermath of this procedure is very simple, with swelling and bruising for about 15 days.
You can resume your professional activity after 7 days and sports after a month. The final result is visible after 6 months.
