Permanent tensor threads are one type of face lift. It is a medical face lift that is a non-surgical alternative to the cervical face lift.

What are the objectives of permanent tensor threads?
Permanent tensor threads are intended for all patients who wish to fight effectively against the overall sagging of the skin of the face, without having recourse to a surgical facelift, and who want a real and natural result.

The first step is a medical consultation to analyze your face:
At the end of the medical consultation, we determine a treatment plan (number of threads, position of the threads…) adapted to your case according to your needs.
Then, the placement of the threads is done during a second consultation and lasts about an (1) hour.
No specific preparation is necessary prior to the placement of the threads. Only a local anesthetic is required at the entry and exit points of the wire.
The sutures are inserted under sterile conditions through the skin, into the subcutaneous tissue (about 5 mm deep). No incision is made, the suture is inserted with a needle and held in place with cones.
