Reduction mammoplasty or breast reduction is the plastic surgery procedure to reduce the size of the breast when the volume of the breasts is too large compared to the patient’s morphology. This is also called breast hypertrophy.

The purpose of the surgery is to reduce the volume of the breasts, to correct ptosis and possible asymmetry, in order to obtain two breasts that are harmonious in relation to your morphology.
