The success of a fat transfer (both in terms of longevity and appearance) begins with the removal of the fat.
We do this by hand using a very low pressure syringe to remove the fat. No high-pressure machines are used, which can emulsify the delicate grease.
No centrifuge: we first decant and then wash the fat with a saline solution. After these steps, we manually separate the collagen fibers from the fat to create a smooth homogeneous substance that transfers easily with little friction and trauma.
The aftermath after lipofilling is very simple. The pain is very slight. You may experience some bruising and swelling for a few days.
